My name is La\u00ebtitia and for those of you who don’t know me, here’s my story…<\/h1><\/section>

Like many of you, my journey began with simple dreams and sincere ambitions. As a hairdresser by trade, I spent my early professional years enhancing women’s beauty through the art of transforming their appearance and, often, their self-confidence.
Listening, understanding, revealing an identity: it was much more than a job, it was a mission.
In my personal life, I became a wife, then a mother…
Moments of intense happiness, but also of constant adjustment. Between family responsibilities and the pace of my professional life, I felt a growing need to go beyond the visible, to embrace a more holistic approach to well-being… <\/p>

So, ten years later, I took a turn towards coaching by setting up a fitness studio called Easy Minceur. It was a turning point. Accompanying other women in their quest for balance opened my eyes to the universal challenges we all share: self-image, social injunctions, hormonal changes and the sometimes unrealistic expectations we impose on ourselves… <\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

But my curiosity didn’t stop there…<\/strong><\/p>

Passionate about innovation, I joined a company developing solutions for well-being and slimming. As product manager, I explored the synergy between technology and traditional skincare to create solutions that respect our bodies, drawing on my experience and the feedback of the women I was lucky enough to work with. <\/p>

However, behind this rewarding career, there was me: a woman going through her own storms. The challenges of contraception, pregnancy and now the menopause have brought me face to face with realities that many of us know: those moments when the body no longer feels \u2018ours\u2019, those times when we feel out of step with ourselves… <\/p>

These experiences have taught me an essential truth: well-being is not a destination, but a journey. It’s not a battle against our bodies, but a partnership with them. And it’s this vision that gave birth to Svelt’EASE: a gentle, innovative approach to releasing our body’s potential, while respecting its natural needs and rhythms… <\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

I’m not here to tell you what to do, but to accompany you on your unique path to balance. Because every woman deserves to turn her challenges into opportunities and reinvent her relationship with herself… <\/p>
