Refunds and returns policy
Overview
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to make a full exchange or refund. The date shown on the postmark will be used as proof of compliance with this deadline.
To be eligible, the returned item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is also required to validate your request.
In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted, in particular :
If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or incomplete, for reasons beyond our control.
Refund
As soon as we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your package and informing you whether or not your refund request has been accepted.
If the refund is approved, it will automatically be processed on your original payment method (credit card or other), within 15 days.
Refunds overdue or not received
If you have not yet received your refund :
- First, check your bank account.
- Then contact your card issuer: there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
- Finally, contact your bank, as some operations require additional processing time.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchange
We will only exchange an item if it is faulty or has been damaged due to an error on our part. If this is the case and you would like a replacement, please contact our customer service department at sav@svelt-ease.com. Please enclose proof of purchase (invoice) and a precise description of the problem.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must send it to the following address:
FJ Développement SAS – 200 Avenue du Semnoz – 73410 Albens.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the amount refunded.
The time it takes to receive an exchanged item may vary depending on where you live.
For returns of valuable items, we strongly recommend that you use a tracking service or take out insurance. We cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of your returned package.
