Welcome to the Svelt’EASE online store. The present General Sales Conditions (GSC) define the rules applicable to all orders placed on our website. By validating your order, you fully and unreservedly accept these conditions.

Svelt’EASE modules are designed to support your fitness goals. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the descriptions, but errors may occur. Photographs and descriptions are provided for information only and are not contractually binding.

4. Orders

4.1 Ordering process
To place an order, add your products to the shopping basket, validate it, fill in your personal details and make the payment according to the available methods.

4.2 Order confirmation
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after validation. We reserve the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (out of stock, obvious pricing error, etc.).

5. Prices and payment

5.1 Prices
Prices are shown in euros for Europe and in CHF for Switzerland, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The applicable prices are those in force at the time the order is placed.

5.2 Payment methods
Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or any other method indicated on our site. In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled.

6. Delivery

We deliver to France and Europe, as indicated on our website.

6.2 Delivery times
Delivery times are given for information only and may vary depending on your location. In case of delay, we will inform you by e-mail.

6.3 Delivery charges
Delivery charges are displayed before the order is confirmed. Delivery is free for orders over 130 CHF / 130 €.

6.4 Delivery problems
If your package is damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Withdrawal and returns

7.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

7.2 Return procedure
Contact our customer service department to organize the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

8. Warranties and liabilities

8.1 Legal warranty
All our products are covered by legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.

8.2 Duration and scope of warranty

  • 2-year warranty, with optional 12-month extension for CHF 49 / € 49.

  • The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear resulting from normal use, nor damage resulting from misuse, negligence or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.

8.3 Implementation of the warranty

  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice) and describe the problem.
  3. Follow our instructions for returning the product if necessary.
  4. Diagnosis within 10 working days. If warranty applies :
    • Repairing,
    • Replacement by an identical or equivalent product.

Any attempt at modification or repair by a third party will invalidate the warranty.

10. Disputes and applicable law

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The conditions applicable are those in force at the date of your order.
